Family Farm Festival Vendor Information

We invite you to take part in the 3rd bi-annual HEMPOLA FAMILY FARM FESTIVAL on August 7th & 8th,2004, at the Hempola Valley Farms, Barrie. Previous events have been tremendous successes! With over 2500 attendees and media coverage from the New V R, Rock 95, Star 107.5, Canadian Natural Health Retailer Magazine, U8T V, C BC Radio and local newspapers.

HEMPOLA FAMILY FARM FESTIVAL is a fun filled educational, action packed two-day event targeted for families and people of all ages. It will offer a variety of attractions including wagon rides and a guided interpretive trail through the hemp fields, musical concerts, demonstrations and seminars on eco-friendly hemp products, tour history’s first hemp straw home. There is a hemp food village including pancake breakfasts, exciting children’s activities and of course an array of outside vendors, plus much, much more.

The festival mandate is to offer guests a wide selection of well-made, uniquely designed, creative goods and services that are keeping with the “natural” , environmentally friendly, or hemp-related themes. The vendors at previous festivals were pleased with the flow of traffic, level of interest and high amount of sales and profits. We anticipate the HEMPOLA FAMILY FARM FESTIVAL to be bigger and better in 2004! Book your exhibit space early to avoid disappointment.

This package includes: Vendor application form and Vendor agreement form Please submit your completed application, signed vendor agreement and payment for the cost of your space by mail, no later than June 11th, 2004. The earlier, the better! Forward your package to:
